HP DeskMon: Administrator's Guide

Dataset Status 

The Dataset Status check provides the ability for DeskMon to check and
report whether the three most heavily used HP DeskManager datasets
(LOCAL07, LOCAL08, LOCAL09) have exceeded a pre-defined percentage of
their capacity.

Complete the screen form by typing values in the fields.  Then press
MODIFY F7.  The fields are:

Item-Header Item-Structure Item-Content 

A value between 1 and 99 which represents a percentage beyond which, when
that particular dataset exceeds that percentage of its capacity, DeskMon
will send notification.  Zero (0) indicates the dataset will not be
checked.

Check 

If you want DeskMon to check the status of these datasets, type Y. If you
do not want DeskMon to check the status of these datasets, type N.

Report to 

The Report Category to which you want DeskMon to report when it finds
that the percentage limit specified for any of these datasets has been
exceeded.

An error message is generated and sent to the specified Report Category
if the percentage limit specified for any of the above datasets has been
exceeded.
