Pause Command 

The Pause command appears under the Macro menu.

Use the Pause command to temporarily suspend recording of a macro.  When
you invoke the Pause command, a check mark appears in front of it to
indicate that the command is enabled.  When you want to resume recording,
invoke the Pause command again.  The check mark is removed and recording
resumes.
