The Screen/Menu Help command allows you to get help on items in the HP
LaserRX/MPE window just by pointing and clicking.

When you select Screen/Menu Help, the Cancel Help command appears under
the Help menu and the pointer turns into a question mark, as shown below.

          Figure 10-61. Help Pointer on a Graph

You position the question mark on the item for which you want
information. Examples of items you can point to and get help on include:

   * A window element, such as the title bar.

   * A graph, such as Global Bottlenecks.

   * A variable label, such as CPU Util.

   *   A dialog box.

You can also request help on commands by using the question mark pointer
to pull down a menu and select a command.

NOTE When the question mark pointer is positioned over a menu command, it reverts back to its arrow form. It is, however, still enabled for context-sensitive help.
When you select an item or command with the question mark pointer, the Help window displays Help text on that subject. Click here to view figure. Figure 10-62. Help Window Describing CPU Utilization Once the Help window appears, the question mark changes back to an arrow. You can leave the Help window on the screen as you continue to work in other HP LaserRX/MPE windows. You can move the window, but you cannot change its size. Once the Help text appears, you can choose any of the following options: * A related topic button (if one exists) to display the related topic's Help text. * The Index button to display the Help index. * The Last Topic button to return to the previously displayed text window. If the Last Topic button is dimmed, there is no previous topic in this search sequence. * The Done button to close the Help window and exit Help. To select help for another item or command, you must select the Screen/Menu Help command again. If you have invoked the Screen/Menu Help command and you want to cancel it before you click on an item, click the Cancel Help command.
NOTE Occasionally, the Cancel Help command does not cancel help and the Screen/Menu Help command does not reappear in the Help menu. In such situations, press the Shift and F1 keys at the same time twice, then retry the Cancel Help command.
