D : Deleting a User Definition 

Now, assume that the user TUTORIAL is no longer a valid user.  (You
might, for example, want to rename this user.)  Here's how to delete a
user definition from the data dictionary.

NOTE  Deleting a user is straightforward because user names are not part
      of any other definition.

      However, before you delete a definition that is used to derive
      another definition, you must be aware of the effect on those
      dependencies.  (When you delete such an entity, a screen message
      will alert you to the dependencies and ask you to confirm the
      delete.)

      For example, deleting a database also deletes all tables associated
      with it, including IMAGE tables and view tables that draw any of
      their data from the deleted database.  Deleting an access group may
      create a public table if the deleted access group is the only one
      assigned to that table.

      Administration manual discuss the possible dependencies and
      recommend actions that will preserve dependent entities or
      security.
