Creating reportsThe HP Secure Web Console can provide the following types of report: Version reportsReports of the current version of the hardware and software are provided in ASCII format. This data will be requested by Hewlett-Packard if you report problems. Store this data by copying it and pasting the contents into a file. Configuration reportsThe configuration report provides an ASCII report of the complete HP Secure Web Console configuration (except the user account passwords). This enables you to maintain records of configuration for copying a configuration to another HP Secure Web Console, or as backup in case the configuration is lost through administrator error. Store this data by copying it and pasting the contents into a file. You can also send configuration reports to Hewlett-Packard if you need to report problems.
