In Hewlett-Packard's implementation of the LU 6.2
architecture, the TPStarted intrinsic initializes access to LU 6.2 API and
sets up the resources necessary to establish conversations. The TPEnded intrinsic terminates access to LU 6.2 API and
releases all the resources used by the TP. The TP intrinsics and
their descriptions are given in Table 5-3 “LU 6.2 API TP Instrinsics”.
