If the CONS network being used supports the 1984 X.25 Extended Address
facility, the NSAPs configured should conform to the above
recommendations.
If the CONS network being used is version 1980, or does not support the
Extended Address facility, use the X.121 address of the system's attachment
point onto the X.25 network in place of an NSAP.
For subnetworks that use the Null Subset of CLNP, the subnetwork address,
either MAC or X.121, of the system's point of attachment onto the
subnetwork should be used in place of an NSAP.
