If you want to add a new type of link to your system after the OTS product
has been installed, and you have not configured your system for that type of
link, follow these instructions. For example, your kernel is configured for
LAN links only and you want to add an X.25 link. Install new link product using swinstall and follow the instructions provided for
installation and configuration of that particular link product. Reinstall
HP OTS/9000 u
sing swinstall. This will run all the necessary
installation scripts which will add the appropriate OTS driver for the new link
into the system file, recompile the kernel, install the new kernel, and reboot the
system. In swinstall, select the "reinstall" option to be true.
