NM and CM callable. Reenables the subsystem break trap which allows a process to accept other subsystem break signals. RESETCONTROL must be called to reenable the subsystem break trap after a user-written subsystem break trap handler, previously armed by XCONTRAP, has been invoked. It is recommended that RESETCONTROL be called from outside the user-written trap handler to eliminate recursive trap handler calls, due to multiple subsystem break signals.
