After the AliasDB and NETUsers files have been created and contain valid profiles and the Listener is running on the server, an application can transparently access a remote ALLBASE/SQL DBEnvironment through ALLBASE/NET.

When accessing a remote DBEnvironment, the user on the client node must be in the group and account specified in the NETUsers file.
