To access a remote DBEnvironment using ALLBASE/Query (formerly
called HP Visor), enter the alias name on the ALLBASE/Query
Choose DBEnvironment screen. You must have Version A.01.03 of ALLBASE/QUERY to use an alias name.
It is recommended that client and server logins be the same for
remote access with ALLBASE/Query. However, in some cases, such
as in MPE/iX to HP-UX connections, this is not always possible.
