The User Datagram Protocol (UDP) Configuration screen (#93) in Figure 4-7 “User Datagram Procotol (UDP) Configuration Screen” is displayed when you press the [Go To UDP] function key at the General Protocol Configuration screen (Figure 4-4 “General Protocol Configuration Screen”). It is also displayed when you type the path name:

@NETXPORT.GPROT.UDP

in the command window of any screen and press the [Enter] key.

Maximum number of UDP sockets

This is a sizing parameter that allows you to configure the number of sockets that can be active simultaneously.

Default value: 512

Rang: 512-10000
