Because the Circuit Reservation Message is supported only on the incoming side, the outgoing side is not represented in the following scenarios.

Continuity Check on this Circuit

Note that for Continuity Check, the order (SETUP_IND, CONNECT_LOOP_IND, DISABLE_ECHO_IND) and (CONTINUITY_REPORT_IND, SETUP_FAILURE_IND, REMOVE_LOOP_IND, and ENABLE_ECHO_IND) is not deterministic since there are two separate state machines involved.

For Continuity Recheck, the order is deterministic since it is handled by one state machine.
