/etc/ppp/pppoerd.conf is the configuration file for the pppoerd daemon. pppoerd reads this file to initialize the relay. A blank line separates each entry in the pppoerd.conf file. pppoerd ignores lines that begin with a number sign (#).

You can use the pppoerd.conf file to set the relay parameters. Table 3-4 “Relay Parameters” lists the parameters that the relay supports.
