New ISO 8859-15 and UTF-8 Locales [11.0 patch, 11i v1]

Fourteen new locales have been created for Euro support based on ISO 8859-15. Refer to Table 2-1 “New ISO 8859-15 Locales”.

Thirteen new locales have been created for Unicode (and Euro) support based on UTF-8. Refer to Table 2-13 “Base utf8 Locales for 32-bit Application Processing”, Table 2-14 “European utf8 Locales for 32-bit Application Processing” and Table 2-15 “Asian utf8 Locales for 32-bit Application Processing”.

Thirteen new locale sources are being supplied that include dual currency support based on UTF-8.
