Individual hardware components in an HP XC System Software have firmware dependencies. These dependencies are listed in Table 3-1.

Before installing the HP XC System Software, verify the device firmware against the latest validated firmware revisions listed at:

http://www.hp.com/techservers/clusters/xc_clusters.html

Your hardware components must meet the minimum firmware revision levels shown on this Web site. Procedures describing how to verify or upgrade the firmware for each component are found in the associated hardware documentation.
