This document provides instructions for configuring and using the SmartSetup Scripting Toolkit (SSTK) on HP Integrity servers running Linux.

As of this publication, SSTK is supported on the following Linux distributions:

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

    • RHEL4U4 (Backward compatible only[1])

    • RHEL4U5

    • RHEL4U6

    • RHEL5

    • RHEL5U1

  • SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES)

    • SLES9SP3 (Backward compatible only[1])

    • SLES9SP4 (Backward compatible only[1])

    • SLES10SP1


[1] No testing occurs on older updates or service packs though every effort is made to maintain backward compatibility.
