You can change the attributes of a principal in the Principal
Information window (Figure 8-5 “Password
Tab”).
These attributes are the characteristics and properties assigned
to a user or a service principal. Attributes control how a principal
behaves and what that principal can do, such as renewing and forwarding
valid tickets.
To change the principal attributes, complete the following
steps:
You can use the Principal Information
window>Edit>Load Default Values option
to quickly reload default values or restore previously saved values
at any time while editing a principal. When you reload default or
restored values, all the fields in the Principal Information window
tabs are reset to the default or previously saved values.
