When you delete a realm, all the principals for that realm are not deleted from the database. To delete the principals from the database, you can use the HP Kerberos Administrator window or the command-line administrator. For more information, see “Deleting a Principal”.

To delete a realm, complete the following steps:

  1. In the HP Kerberos Administrator window, select the Realms tab (Figure 8-12 “Realms Tab”).

  2. In the List of Realms box, select the realm to be deleted.

  3. Click Delete to delete the realm. The following warning message displays requesting a confirmation for the delete operation:

Do you really want to delete realm <realm_name>?

  4. Click OK to delete the realm.
