This document describes how to use the HP Integrity Essentials Foundation Pack for Linux (HPIEFPL) V2.3 product.

The HP Smart Setup software prepares your system for installation of the Linux operating system (OS). The HP Smart Setup EFI-based setup utility (EBSU) utility assists with tasks such as configuring storage adapters, upgrading firmware, preparing a system hardware inventory, and installing diagnostics tools.
The HP Support Pack installs additional utilities and tools (such as HP system management software) after the Linux OS is installed. It includes the HP x86 Linux/Windows Management Tools, which provides HP Systems Insight Manager for additional functionality for a Linux system running on an x86 system.

	NOTE: The HP Integrity Essentials Foundation Pack for Linux contains the latest installation and system management functionality for HP Integrity servers and supersedes the HP Enablement Kit for Linux.
