This document describes how to write, compile,
and run applications using Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP)
socket APIs on systems running the HP-UX 11i v2 and HP-UX 11i v3 operating
systems. HP's implementation of SCTP conforms to the RFCs and RFC
drafts listed in “Related Information”.
