This document describes the changes made to the HP-UX-based
GigEther-00 (gelan) Gigabit Ethernet Driver. The gelan driver is shipped
with the GigEther-00 software bundle, which is
a part of the Operating Environment (OE).
The March 2009 version of the HP-UX 11i v3 GigEther-00 software bundle contains the following defect fixes:
- QXCR1000818617
The gelan driver is enhanced to support 64 KB Operating
System (OS) page size.
- QXCR1000811814
The olrad script, /usr/sbin/olrad.d/gelan, is modified to check whether any vswitches are associated with
the gelan driver before deleting the module.
- QXCR1000587490
The nwmgr_gelan (1M) manpage
specifies that the default package size of the default test frame
for the diagnose operation is 100 bytes instead of MTU-3. This defect
is fixed.
