Support for NC360m 2-port gigabit mezzanine card

Version B.11.31.0809 of IEther-00 enables support for the NC360m 2-port gigabit mezzanine card, HP order number 445978-B21, on BL860c and BL870c servers.

1000FD support

Version B.11.31.0809 of IEther-00 has been enhanced to support 1000FD on all copper gigabit cards.

Accelerated Virtual I/O (AVIO) SSN support

The iether driver now supports AVIO. This feature significantly improves HP Integrity Virtual Machines (HPVM) I/O performance. For more information about AVIO, see the HPVM documents at:
