QXCR1000854397	On fiber cards with IEther-00 version B.11.23.0809 installed, performing any of the following actions might cause a LINK DOWN condition that persists until the system reboots: Executing two or more resets with lanadmin -r. Performing multiple disable/enable cycles on the switch ports. Disconnecting and reconnecting the cabling.
