Preface
Intended Audience
This document is intended for HP Global Services personnel, and also for experienced hardware
administrators of Linux high-speed clusters. Certain operation described in this document can, if
performed incorrectly, cause system crashes and loss of data.
It is assumed that you have read the user documentation for your model of gigabit Ethernet-based HP Cluster Platform.
Document Organization
This document is organized as follows:
Chapter 1 provides an overview of the gigbit Ethernet cabling tables as well as syntax tables describing how the cables are labeled. 
Chapter 2 provides the single-density server blade wiring tables for 4 enclosures per rack.
Chapter 3 provides the single-density server blade wiring tables for 3 enclosures per rack.
Chapter 4 provides the double-density server blade wiring tables for 4 enclosures per rack.
Chapter 5 provides the double-density server blade wiring tables for 3 enclosures per rack.
