This task applies only if the system is configured
with an InfiniBand interconnect. Omit this task for all other interconnect
types.
Follow this procedure to create a list of nodes
for the InfiniBand diagnostic tools and to set up ssh to enable applications to function without a password, which is
necessary for the proper operation of the ip_prodmode_mon
monitoring utility and the sys_check infiniband component.
Begin this procedure as the
root user on the head node.
Set up ssh on the switch to enable HP XC applications to work without
a password:
# cat /root/.ssh/id_dsa.pub | ssh root@IR0N00 cat '>>' /.ssh/authorized_keys |
You might be prompted to enter the InfiniBand
switch root password. The factory default password is br6000. If you set a unique password for the switch, enter that password
instead.
