This command sets the two inactivity time-outs.
The session inactivity timeout prevents a session to a partition
to be inadvertently left opened, preventing other users to log onto
a partition using this path. If the system session is hung or if
the partition OS is hung, the IT command also prevents a session
from being locked indefinitely i
The second timeout is a MP-Handler command timeout. This prevents
a user from not completing a command and preventing other users
from using the MP-Handler.
Neither timeout can be deactivated.
