A user error occurs when you make an invalid request that
FTAM can not fulfill. Errors in this category include typing errors,
non-existent source files, file protection errors, and so on.
The message you receive when FTAM detects a user error should
be straightforward, and the remedy should normally be self-evident.
The cause of file protection errors may be less obvious; see
the next section for details.
