Identifies the title of a book.

Syntax.

Or:

   <book|book title|

HelpTag formats book titles using an italic font.

Examples. Either of the following two variations:

Or:

   Refer to <book|The Elements of Style| 

   for further details.

produce:

   Refer to The Elements of Style

   for further details.
