Display an information message when a situation
has occurred that the user may need to know about, but which has
no follow-up actions the user can request. - [ ]
Display an information message when there is additional
information about the status of normal completion of a task or about
the current status of the task. - [ ]
If an in-progress message for the task is currently
displayed in its own secondary window, do not use an information
message. Instead, augment the in-progress message window with the
message information.
