/usr/sbin/mtail — Tails the mail log file.
mtail [n]
mtail displays the last part of the mail log, typically /var/adm/syslog/mail.log. By default, it displays the last 20 lines of this log.
Display last n lines of /var/adm/syslog/mail.log instead of just 20.
sendmail(1M).
