pdstopd — stop the HPDPS client daemon

SYNOPSIS

pdstopd

DESCRIPTION

The pdstopd utility is issued by an administrator to stop the HPDPS client daemon.

EXAMPLES

Stopping a Daemon

To stop the daemon, enter the command:

pdstopd

To stop the daemon running in a specific locale, such as ja_JP.SJIS enter the following:

export LC_ALL=ja_JP.SJIS pdstopd export LC_ALL=
