After you install HP-UX, the desktop Login Manager displays a login screen. The CDE login screen is labeled CDE. When a particular desktop is running, it is the desktop that is run by all users on the system. Refer to the HP CDE 2.1 Getting Started Guide. If you see a console login prompt, then CDE is not running on your system. |
