This guide describes how to use the Hewlett-Packard Exemplar
C and Fortran 77 compilers. It describes the differences
between the Exemplar compilers and the standard Hewlett-Packard
(HP) compilers on which they are based. All Exemplar-specific features
are described in detail.
The audience for this book is the experienced C or Fortran 77
programmer who has a basic familiarity with HP-UX or Unix and is
using the Exemplar C compiler V1.2.3 (or higher) or the Exemplar

for HP-UX 11.0 (or higher) running on a K-Class or V-Class
server.
