Starting a Monitoring Request

After you have selected a resource to monitor, use the Monitoring Request Parameters screen to specify when and how to send event notification (Figure 3-1 “Monitoring Request Parameters Screen”). The following sections describe the monitoring parameters and provide examples of common applications.
