Viewing iCOD System Status

You can use the icod_stat command to view the status of your iCOD system. With no options, the icod_stat command provides the following information:

  • Version number of the iCOD software

  • System identification information (system ID, serial number, product number, unique ID)

  • System-contact e-mail address

  • iCOD From e-mail address

  • Exception status (indicates if complex is in an exception state)

  • Local hard partition information:

    • Total processors

    • Intended active processors

    • Active processors

    • Licensed processors that can be activated

    • Processors that can be activated if licensed

    • Processors that cannot immediately be activated

  • Global iCOD information:

    • iCOD cells

    • Actual inactive cells

    • iCOD processors

    • Actual inactive processors

    • iCOD memory

    • Actual inactive memory

    • Temporary capacity available

    • Processors using temporary capacity

    • Projected temporary capacity expiration

  • Complex-wide allocation of iCOD resources among partitions:

    • nPar ID

    • Inactive cells

    • Inactive memory

    • Inactive processors

    • nPar name

  • Complex-wide iCOD partition configuration information:

    • nPar ID

    • Intended active processors

    • Actual active processors

    • Total processors

    • Compatible software installed (yes or no)

    • nPar name
