Field Replaceable Units

Field replaceable units (FRUs) are assemblies or components that are authorized for field replacement.

Exchange Assembly

The HP EISA 10/100 VG card may be replaced under the HP board exchange program. Card part numbers are listed below:

  • New card: A2699-60001.

  • Exchange card: A2699-69001

Reshipment Guidelines

If any item of the product is to be returned to Hewlett-Packard for any reason, contact your HP Sales and Support Office to coordinate the return.

When returning the item, attach a tag that identifies the owner and indicates the reason for shipment. Include the part number of the item and date code.

Pack the item in the original factory packaging material if available, or a suitable substitute. Provide antistatic protection to applicable components or assemblies.
