OpenPix 2.x image references into OpenPix ImageIgniter 3.0 references.

To modify content for Adaptive Delivery |

Identify content with OpenPix 2.x references.
Replace every applet and object tag with an OpenPix
image tag (IMG).
Include the OPXVType="Auto" attribute to allow Adaptive Delivery
to choose the appropriate viewer automatically. Specify the OpenPix
image with the OPXSrc="<image file name>" attribute. Retain
the existing Width and Height attributes.
Test the modified pages to ensure they function properly.
