In general, installing the HP Domain Commerce software involves
doing the following steps, in the order shown:
swinstall the J4246AA software bundle.
Install the Oracle database.
Install the vPOS software.
Configure the Netscape Enterprise Server
Configure the vPOS software.
Because no two installations are exactly the same, it is not
possible to include a detailed set of instructions for you to follow.
Instead, the following chapter shows (in detail) the steps involved
in an example installation.
Follow these steps to experience the process. The results
will not be suitable for your needs. After installing the example,
you should be able to remove the example installation and re-install
a version of the software that is more suitable to your needs.
