When you add a principal you must specify some basic information, namely,
Each tab include default values, as controlled by the Group Settings. Use the Edit Menu to reload the default values at any time, while working on a principal. Refer to “Loading Default Values for a Principal”, for more information. From the Principal Information window, use this window to add a principal with the relevant ticket information. Given below is a step-wise procedure to add a new principal.
The List of Principals in the kadminl_ui window is not automatically refreshed after this operation. The principal is present in the database, but it appears in the principal list only after you refresh it using the List All or Search buttons.
