The ToolsRestart Virtual
Machine menu displays a page that allows you to
restart the virtual hardware for a virtual machine. If the machine is started,
it is stopped and then started. If the virtual machine is already stopped,
it is only started. Once a virtual machine is restarted, the resources assigned
to the virtual machine are allocated for its use.
