zmast 100 - Out of memory

Explanation:

This message is displayed when there is not enough memory in the system to complete the task requested of zmasterd.

Action:

Free up some memory and rerun the last zmasterd command.

zmast 101 - Launched daemon <name>, <pid>

Explanation:

This message displays the name and the process ID of the daemon just launched by zmasterd.

Action:

None

zmast 102 - execv() should not have returned, error: <reason>.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when there is a zmasterd internal error caused by an exec() call.

Action:

This is a zmasterd internal error, report this problem to your HP support representative.

zmast 103 - Launched zmon queue, <pid>

Explanation:

This message is displayed when zmasterd needs to relaunch the zmon daemon in the case that it dies. zmasterd relaunches the zmon daemon using the queue command. The process ID of zmon queue is also displayed.

Action:

None

zmast 104 - Launched zmon stop, <pid>

Explanation:

As a result of the zmasterd stop command, zmasterd invoked zmon stop to shutdown the ACC MUX subsystem.

Action:

None

zmast 105 - Couldn't kill <daemon>, <pid>, error: <reason>

Explanation:

This message is displayed when the command zmasterd deact <daemon>or zmasterd stop is entered, and zmasterd's attempt to terminate the specified daemon failed.

Action:

Report this problem to your HP support representative.

zmast 106 - <daemon> has been deactivated.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when the command zmasterd deact <daemon> is entered, and zmasterd has successfully deactivated the specified daemon.

Action:

None

zmast 107 - Couldn't fork daemon process, error:<reason>.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when zmasterd failed to fork a child process.

Action:

Correct the indicated problem related to excess number of processes or insufficient swap/physical memory and retry.

zmast 108 - Check active daemon error caused by invalid sema value or semop() error.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when zmasterd has encountered an internal error related to semaphore services.

Action:

This is a zmasterd internal error, report this problem to your HP support representative.

zmast 109 - Command disallowed, ZCOM subsystem has already been downloaded.

Explanation:

This message is displayed if the user enters another zmasterd command to download the ZCOM subsystem which has already been downloaded.

Action:

None, if you don't want to restart the ZCOM subsystem. However, if you want to stop and restart the ZCOM subsystem, do zmasterd stop first before issuing zmasterd again to restart the ZCOM subsystem.

zmast 110 - Invalid daemon name entered.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when an invalid daemon name is entered for the zmasterd act or deact command. zmasterd currently supports the following daemons: pcapture, watch, zmlog, zmon and znode.

Action:

Correct the daemon name related to the last zmasterd command and retry.

zmast 111 - Daemon <name> is already active, command disallowed.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when the zmasterd tries to launch a daemon, but the specified daemon is already active.

Action:

None, or if you want to restart the daemon, use the zmasterd deact <daemon> command first before the zmasterd act <daemon> command.

zmast 112 - Build argument list failed, probably out of memory.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when zmasterd failed to allocate more memory.

Action:

Free up some memory and retry.

zmast 113 - Invalid zmasterd command.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when an invalid zmasterd command is entered.

Action:

See zmasterd man page for usage.

zmast 114 - Failed to send message to zmasterd: <reason>

Explanation:

This message is displayed when zmasterd failed to send message to the running zmasterd daemon.

Action:

This is a zmasterd internal error. Report this problem to your HP support representative.

zmast 115 - Obtain zmasterd semaphore failure <reason>

Explanation:

This message is displayed when the semaphore service failed to respond to zmasterd's request.

Action:

This is a zmasterd internal error. Report this problem to your HP support representative.

zmast 116 - Command disallowed, zmasterd daemon is already active.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when two zmasterd commands are entered simultaneously causing a race condition in obtaining the zmasterd semaphore.

Action:

None. One of the two zmasterd commands should have established the zmasterd daemon.

zmast 117 - Zmasterd daemon start running ...

Explanation:

This message is displayed when the zmasterd daemon starts running.

Action:

None.

zmast 118 - <name> daemon not launched by zmasterd, it is already active.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when zmasterd decides not to launch the specified daemon because it is already active.

Action:

None.

zmast 119 - ERROR: Terminated daemon <name>, <pid> with active semaphore status.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when zmasterd encountered an internal error when it catches a terminate signal from a child.

Action:

Report this problem to your HP support representative.

zmast 120 - Daemon <name>, terminated with <status>.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when zmasterd catches a terminate signal from one of the daemons that zmasterd monitors. <status> refers to the terminating status of the terminated daemon.

Action:

None, zmasterd will relaunch the terminated daemon. However, if abnormal behavior is observed report this condition to your HP support representative.

zmast 121 - Daemon <name> terminated 4 times within 5 minutes, not relaunched.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when a daemon has terminated more than 3 times within the last 5 minutes, and zmasterd will not relaunch it.

Action:

Find out what causes the daemon to terminate, correct the problem and start it again via zmasterd command.

zmast 122 - Daemon name required for the act command.

Explanation:

This message is displayed if the user enters a zmasterd act command without the required daemon name.

Action:

Correct the problem and retry.

zmast 123 - Daemon name required for the deact command.

Explanation:

This message is displayed if the user enters a zmasterd deact command without the required daemon name.

Action:

Correct the problem and retry.

zmast 124 - Get current working directory failed: <errno msg>.

Explanation:

This message is displayed if zmasterd encountered an internal error regarding getting the current user working directory name.

Action:

Report this problem to your HP support representative.

zmast 125 - Daemon <name> has been stopped.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when zmasterd stops a running daemon in response to the zmasterd stop command.

Action:

None.

zmast 126 - <daemon name> does not exist in the system.

Explanation:

This message is displayed if the user specified daemon for the zmasterd command does not exist in the system.

Action:

Find out the reason why the specified daemon does not exist in the system, correct it and retry.

zmast 127 - Failed to get semaphore ID for <name>, error: <reason>

Explanation:

This message is displayed when zmasterd encountered an internal error getting a semaphore ID for a specified daemon.

Action:

Report this problem to your HP support representative.

zmast 128 - Deactivating zmlog daemon.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when zmasterd deactivates the zmlog daemon in response to the zmasterd deact zmlog command.

Action:

None.

zmast 129 - Stopping zmlog daemon.

Explanation:

This message is displayed when zmasterd stops the zmlog daemon.

None.
