  • The string “TTGEN” must precede all other configuration or definition sections. Comments or “#include” statements may appear before this line.

  • The sections must occur in the following order:

    TTGEN                      (TTGEN file control line)
      Configuration            (Global parameters)
      Interface-Definition     (Mux card specification)
      Port-Definition          (All Ports on the system)
      Subchannel-Definition    (Required for T1/E1 cards)
      Terminal-Definition      (All terminals on the system)
      Node-Definition          (Only local node used foor X.25/9000)

  • Text enclosed in /* and */ or lines commencing with ; or * are treated as comments.

  • The ~ at the end of a line is used as a continuation character.

  • Numeric fields may be in the following formats:

    • decimal: 1234, 01234

    • hexadecimal: 1234H, 1234h, 01324h

      NOTE: This is non-standard Hexadecimal notation.
