X.25/ACC Installation and Configuration Guide > Chapter 4 ZCOM Mux Subsystem ConfigurationInterface Definition Parameters |
|
The format of the Interface Definition Parameters section of the TTGEN Configuration File is one of the two forms shown below.
Each ACC Mux card is defined in this section of the TTGEN Configuration File. This field contains ACC card type installed in the specified slot. The following card types are available:
The Mux number is unique for each ACC Mux card. The first Mux card should be 0, and the Mux numbers should be sequential. The valid range of numbers is 0 to 63. For non-bus converter systems, the value for <bus> term is 0. For bus converter systems, this is the bus converter address for the ACC card as reported by ioscan. For K and T Series systems the ioscan returns a hardware address comprising two <bus> terms. For Series EISA systems the bus term is not used. The mux statement should have one <bus> term which should be set to zero. For systems which use extended bus converter addressing the additional <bus> term is used. See also Appendix A of Multiprotocol ACC Installation and Configuration Guide, under the Section Device Files. This field indicates in which slot the ACC Mux card is installed on the system's backplane bus. This is the card address as reported by ioscan. This specifies the protocol module (firmware file) that will be downloaded to the given ACC card when the ZCOM Mux subsystem is started up. This module must be comprised of all of the protocols that will be used on that interface card. For use with the X.25/ACC product, the typical values are:
