The X.25/ACC subsystem can be stopped by running:

% zmasterd stop

This command stops the ACC Mux subsystem plus any daemons that are listed with stop directives in the /opt/acc/cfg/zmasterd_list file. All X.25 connections must be brought down using the x25stop -K command after the subsystem is brought down.

NOTE: To stop all ACC daemons including zmlog and zmasterd, enter:
% zmasterd kill

Normally the zmasterd kill command is only used immediately prior to the removal of the ACC products or installation of patches. This command should not be used for shutting down the ZCOM subsystem (run zmasterd stop first).

NOTE: If x25init has been run and you issue a zmasterd stop or zmasterd kill command, you MUST run x25stop -K.
