- Cause: The reconstruction operation can not complete because of an unrecoverable read error on one of the drives needed for reconstruction.
- Action: Replace the drive.
Event 11
- Severity: Critical
- Description: An unrecovered Read/Write error occurred. The drive must be replaced.
- Cause: A read/write was attempted and the array had a unrecoverable error on one of the drives. This drive should be replaced. A read may still work on the degraded units.
- Action: Replace the drive.
