Support Tools for HP-UX 10.01, 10.10, or 10.30

HP-UX 10.01, 10.10, 10.30 Patch Bundle Archive CD Available in September 1999

The June 1999 releases of HP-UX Extension Software and Diagnostics/IPR contained the most recent patch bundles for all 10.x and 11.0 versions of HP-UX. It was the last time these releases offered a complete set of 10.01, 10.10 and 10.30 Extension Software and IPR patch bundles. The CD part numbers are:

These patch bundles will only be available on the 10.01, 10.10, 10.30 Extension Software Archive CD, as of September 1, 1999.

If your computing environment depends upon HP-UX 10.01, 10.10 and 10.30, and if you have requested the June 1999 version of either Extension Software or IPR, Hewlett-Packard strongly recommends that you keep your latest version. This will eliminate the need for the 10.01, 10.10 and 10.30 Extension Software Archive CD in the future.

If you did not request the June 1999 Extension Software, and you are now interested in receiving the last Extension Software or IPR 10.01, 10.10, and 10.30 patch bundles, the ordering options described below will be made available:

1. Return your request for the Extension Software June 1999 or request the Diagnostic/IPR June 1999 release before September 3, 1999.
2. Request the Extension Software 10.01, 10.10, and 10.30 Archive CD through Software Update Manager (SUM). If you are a registered user of SUM through the HP IT Support Center, you will receive an e-mail announcement providing you with the information needed to request this CD through SUM beginning September 1, 1999. If you would like to learn more about managing your software delivery options in SUM, please visit the HP IT Resource Center (http://us.itrc.hp.com). For Europe, use http://us.itrc.hp.com.
3. Contact your Hewlett-Packard Support Agreement Specialist to request this Archive CD based on your support contract beginning September 1, 1999.
4. Customers without support can order the Extension Software 10.01, 10.10, 10.30 Archive CD via the HP Corporate Price List beginning September 1, 1999. The product number is B7891AA. This can be ordered through your HP sales representative.
