Instant Capacity (iCAP) Manager 是一个可用于监视 Instant Capacity 环境的基于 Web 的界面。iCAP Manager 包含多个页面，其中有：主页（概述可用的 Instant Capacity 资源）、Global Instant Capacity (GiCAP) 组管理器页面（提供组管理器的详细信息）以及 GiCAP 组与 iCAP 组合系统和主机的详细信息页面。可以在 Windows 和 HP-UX CMS 上免费使用 iCAP Manager。
可以通过下列方式之一访问 iCAP Manager：
从 Virtualization Manager 的 Visualization 标签，单击与下列任一受管系统关联的 iCAP 技术链接：该系统要么具有 iCAP 组件、TiCAP 容量，要么是 GiCAP 组的成员。
从 VSE Management 菜单栏选择 ToolsInstant Capacity Manager。
